Q1. Membership

For your shopping convenience, we will register you as a member during your first purchase.

Q2. Forgot Password/Login/Email

Your login is your registered email address. To get your password again, click on the “Forgot your password?” on the login page. Our system will send you your new password to your email address. 

Q3. Edit Account Info

When you login to your account with your email address and password, you will then be brought to your account information page.

Q4. Subscribe/Unsubscribe Newsletter

To subscribe newsletter simply click on “ Sign up for our newsletter” button when you sign up. You can subscribe/unsubscribe to the news letter anything by clicking to “Your personal information” after you login. 

Q5. Collect Points

You can accumulate points and exchange it with Discount Voucher.  For each RM7 spent, we reward you with 1 point which is equivalent to RM0.20.  Shipping charges are not inclusive in the points calculation. You can even earn points for discounted item.  Points can be exchanged with Discount Voucher at any time.

Q6. Birthday Rewards

As a form of our appreciation to our Members, we will reward you with 25% discount voucher for your special day! You need to be an active member who make at least 2 purchases in order to receive our Birthday Rewards.

Q7. Referral Rewards

Earn a discount voucher of RM25 (or convert it to cash) if you refer ChicFashionMall.com to 5 of your friends! Terms and Conditions apply.

Q8. Free Shipping

Your shipping fees will be waived if your order is above RM150.

Q9. Earn RM5 Rebate

If you purchase 4pcs of clothing and above, you'll be entitled for a rebate of RM5.  Please ask us for the Discount Code before confirming your order.

Q10. Serious Buyers Only

You can put your favourite item into wishlist or to your cart. However, once you have confirmed your order, you need to make payment within 3 days.  If you wish to cancel it please inform us within the 3 days.  Otherwise, you will be blacklisted and not entitled to the benefits of our Membership Programme.
