Stock Return Policy

Items (except shoes & bags) are exchangable strictly within 2 days only upon receiving. If customer wants to exchange the item, please make sure that it complies with our policy below:

Important Notes :
1. All associated fees must be borne by the Customer.

2. Items must be returned in the original packaging (must have taps, tag, carton or boxes). Otherwise, the exchange request will not be entertained.

3. Items can be exchanged to another design available. If the price is higher, Customer need to top up whatever the differences. However, no refund will be entertained.

Exchangable Cases
1. Items that are terribly damage or stained.

2. If the size is far from your expectation then exchange can be made with other sizes subject to availability.

Non-Exchangable Cases
1. Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.

2. Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)

3. Exchange are not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.

4. Customers who did not inform us prior beforehand the reason for exhange and posted the item back to us will not be entertained.

5. Sold Out Items are not available for exchange.
