Q1. Placing Order

ChicFashionMall.com provides you with the convenience of placing your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Once you have placed an order, kindly make payment within 2 days or we will have to cancel your order so as to be fair to others.  To order :

  1) Add desired item(s) into your cart.

  2) When satisfied, click Check Out.

  3) Confirm the item(s) in your cart.

  4) Confirm shipping address is correct (can be different from your address).

  5) Confirm transportation mode (Shipping is RM6 flat to whole Malaysia)

  6) Confirm payment mode (Preferrably to choose via "Wire Transfer")

  7) Voila! your order is complete and you will be shown details of our Bank Account.

Q2. Order Tracking

You can track your order status and access your invoices anytime by logging into “ My Account”. To leave message regarding your order, click on "My Orders", click "View" and you can leave message there. Or you can also use our Contact Form with your Order No as title.

Q3. Edit or Cancel Order

Your order will only be processed once we have received your payment.  Should you wish to edit or cancel your order, please  email to admin@chicfashionmall.com with your Order No or sms to 016 233 5702 within 2 days. We will try our upmost best to facilitate your request. However, once your order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

Q4. Add or Combine Order

Please contact us to add item or combine orders before you make payment. However, once your order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

Q5. Product Avalibility

If any of the products that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity via email, calls or sms.

Q6. Order Confirmation

When you have completed your order, we will send you an email notification to notify you of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will also send you another alert to notify you of your delivery status.
