Pre-Order Policy

1.  We import our products from oversea thus we have to collect orders by batches first and closing date for each batches will be stated on category's heading. 

2.  To order a pre-order item, please follow these procedures :

- add the desired item(s) in your cart. Advisably not to combine with ready stock items unless you are willing to wait for the whole order to complete then only posted out.

- click Check Out.  

3.  Due to a series of backout buyers, we regret to inform that orders received from 15th May 2010 onwards are required to make full payment within 3 days after you have put in your order.  Should we not received any payment, your order will be deleted.

4.  Stocks will take 20-25 days to reach Malaysia. So please be patient.

5.  We will deliver your order immediately after receiving the stock.

6.  Strictly for SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY!  If you wish to change orders, please do so within 3 days after you put in order.  But after you make payment, we DO NOT entertain any cancellation or exchange while in the waiting period.
