Our Wholesale Policy are as follows :

 

For Clothes (Strictly applicable to Ready Stock & Pre-Order ONLY!):

 

1.  Minimum 10pcs per order, can mix design.

 

2.  Can combine Ready Stock, Pre Order, Shoes and Bags but must wait untill order is complete then only posted out.

 

3.  No exchange of products allowed.

 

4.  No points are awarded for wholesale price (but can still earn membership benefit and points if purchase less than 10pcs in 1 order based on normal price).

 

5.  To receive wholesale price, just add 10 items in your cart and we will change the price to wholesale price later.

 

6.  Wholesale price is as follows :-

 

Bronze Member : Purchase accumulated RM3,000 and below of min 10pcs/order -> RM9 off / pcs

Silver Member   : Purchase accumulated RM3,001 - RM8,000 of min 10pcs/order -> RM10 off / pcs

Gold Member     : Purchase accumulated RM8,000 and above of min 10pcs/order -> RM11 off / pcs

 

7.  Please understand that we are operating at a very low profit margin to give the best wholesale price to you.  Thus, shipping fees will be borne by customer based on PosLaju rate. RM16 for first 2.5kg and RM2 for each consecutive 500g, 20% for handling and 5% for tax.  The more you order, the cheaper shipping cost will be.

 

     For example : 10pcs weighs approx. 2kg = RM20. Shipping cost per pcs would be RM2.00.

                          20pcs weighs approx. 4kg = RM28. Shipping cost per pcs would be RM1.40.

 

Alternatively, you can also opt for COD. COD can be done only at Jusco Equine Park, Seri Kembangan on weekends. Orders must be confirmed 2days prior to collection.  Last minute request will not be entertained.  COD charges is RM10 / trip.

1.  Minimum 15pcs per order, can mix design.

 

2.  It takes 4 weeks for the items to arrive so please be patient.

 

3.  Cannot combined with other categories.

 

4.  No exchange of products allowed.

 

5.  Published price is wholesale price. No points awarded for Wholesale Section.

 

6.  Shipping fees are as follows :

 

     By post : RM55   Self collect : RM30 (15-30pcs)

     By post : RM75   Self collect : RM40 (31-50pcs)

     By post : RM95   Self collect : RM60 (51-100pcs)

 

7.  No COD allowed.  You need to pay your order first then only your order will be processed. 

 

8.  Subject to availability of stocks.  Your order will have to be processed first before we can know whether the item is in stock or not.  If no stock, you will be consulted first whether to replace with other item or have the money refunded back to you.

 

 

For Accessories :

 

1.  Minimum 10 pcs per order.

 

2.  Can combine any categories in accessory section.

 

3.  Exchange of product are based on our Stock Return Policy.

 

4.  Can still earn points and enjoy membership benefits.

 

5.  To receive wholesale price, just add 10 items in your cart and inform admin@chicfashionmall.com before checking out in order to put in the voucher code.

 

6.  Discount Tier (based on original price and NOT promotional price) :

 

     10 pcs ~ 25%

     20 pcs ~ 30%

     30 pcs ~ 35%

     100 pcs or accumulated orders of 100 pcs ~ 40% for all subsequent orders
